Praise for McGarr

I am disgusted with what has happened to Tessa McGarr and the Vantage Point Charter School. My child attended Vantage Point and I have nothing but praise for her.

Unlike the other schools in Penn Valley, it obviously had child-centered values and made school an enjoyable adventure, not boot camp. For some reason the conventional schools seem threatened by this and I encountered many negative and downright hostile remarks from parents and teachers from the other schools. At the time, I put it down to jealousy and ignorance. In the past, what was once seen as unconventional thinking is now the accepted practice.

Members of the Ready Springs Board should stick to real estate or what ever else it is that they do.
