Potholes and politics

Winter and neglect has left our streets in Nevada City in the worse shape I have seen in 20 years. The city has no effective plan to maintain or repair our streets. But, at least, the potholes make us slow down so we can read the very early campaign signs placed by an incumbent seeking re-election to the City Council. Was that “The Plan?”
