Nevada County Sheriff’s Office

Tuesday

• At 1:06 p.m., a caller on Woodstock Drive reported that a suspicious vehicle was parked at an intersection with Banner Mountain Trail. The caller said groceries and car keys were scattered around the parked car.



• A caller on the 20000 block of Scotts Flat Road reported at 3:23 p.m. that she had responded to an ad in The Union, and that the ad was most likely a fraud. The caller said he or she called the business featured in the ad, and that the business had no knowledge of the person the caller was calling for.

• Garbage, a plastic table and plastic chairs were reportedly thrown into the community pool on Wildflower Drive at Lake Wildwood. A caller said that some shades also had holes burned into them.




Wednesday

• A caller on the 17200 block of Blackforest Drive reported at 7:26 a.m. that someone broke into his mobile home. Some property was reportedly taken, and some was reportedly vandalized.

• At 9:04 a.m., a caller on the 14100 block of Lodestar Drive reported the theft of a motorcycle from a garage.
