Grass Valley Police Department


• A caller on the 1400 block of Segsworth Way reported at 7:56 p.m. that two men in a second-story apartment shot a potato gun at his apartment two times. Police found and arrested the two on charges of possession of an illegal weapon.

Nevada County Sheriff’s Office


• Credit card fraud was reported at 1:15 p.m. on the 12000 block of Colfax Highway.

• A caller on the 18400 block of Chaparral Drive reported at 4:35 p.m. that the caller’s home had been burglarized. Two firearms and a $1,000-gold Movado watch were stolen.

• At 8:51 p.m., a caller on the 16300 block of Indian Springs Ranch Road reported that he had been informed his daughter was going to be kidnapped in the morning by the Hells Angels.

• At 10:07 p.m., a caller on the 16600 block of You Bet Road reported that he or she came home to find the front door and garage door wide open. Two motorcycles – a 2001 Yamaha and 2000 red Honda – were missing.
