Grass Valley Police Department

Wednesday

• A caller at Approved Home Mortgage, on the 100 block of McKnight Way, reported at 5:05 a.m. that a window at the business had been damaged, and a laptop computer stolen.



Thursday

• A vehicle on the 100 block of Ophir Street was reported burglarized at 7:59 a.m. A television and a DVD player were reportedly stolen.




• A caller on the 100 block of Ocean Avenue reported at 9:45 a.m. that someone was regularly dumping rocks and gravel into the road. The rocks were making it hard for neighbors to drive through, the caller said.

Nevada County Sheriff’s Office

Wednesday

• At 12:28 p.m., a caller on the 14900 block of Tyler Foote Road reported that a sign and a mailbox had been stolen from the property. “Myer Ranch” was written on the mailbox.
