• Two extension ladders were reported stolen, at 7:49 a.m., from a business on the 12000 block of Nevada City Highway.

• A woman reported at 6:16 p.m. that she was cleaning several rental units on the 600 block of Nevada Street, when a man approached her and asked if he could take a look at one of the units. The caller said she asked him to come back the next day, and he said, “I know you are here alone.” The woman told police that she ran next door and returned with two men, but could not find the suspect. She described him as wearing a plaid shirt and having “brown ratty hair.”


• A horse was reportedly loose on New Mohawk Road at 9:33 a.m.

• At 10 a.m., a pickup was reported stolen from the split of East and West Broad Street. The white 1993 Toyota pickup, license 3FCC060, has a white camper shell and black lumber rack. The caller said it had been stolen in the previous half-hour.
