– Two men were reportedly fighting outside Bunce’s Place bar at 142 Mill St., at 12:12 a.m. One of the men was reported bleeding. Police could not locate either of the men involved.

Sheriff’s Office


– At 3:43 p.m., a caller at the North San Juan Cemetery, off Highway 49, reported finding a red substance, possibly blood, on several head stones, and a hole in the ground where a graveside should be. The sheriff’s department did not take any action.


– A caller at the River Rest Resort, in the town of Washington, reported that a space at the resort was burglarized, at 9:20 a.m.
