Grass Valley Police Department Saturday

• At 8:08 a.m., a caller at Coldwell Banker on the 1000 block of Sutton Way reported that a window had been smashed and a computer stolen sometime during the previous night.

• A wrong-way driver was reported at 11:56 a.m. on the south-bound Highway 49 off ramp at McKnight Way. The driver reportedly then turned around, causing traffic stoppage in the area.

Friday




• Matthew Mark Bandy, 41, a Grass Valley tree surgeon, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession for sale, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and breaking probation.

• Victoria Lynn Bandy, 33, of Grass Valley, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession for sale, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

• At 3:42 p.m., a caller on Indian Springs Road reported that a juvenile was swinging a golf club at passing cars on the road.

Saturday

• A woman on the 18600 block of Lake Forest Drive reported at 4:07 a.m. that someone entered her house and then her bedroom while she was sleeping there. The caller said she was at that point in her locked bathroom. Authorities could not find the suspect.

• A generator was reported stolen at 12:20 p.m. on the 23700 block of Chestnut Court.

Sunday

• An illegal campfire was reported at 8:59 a.m. at Deerhorn Creek, a fourth of a mile from Banner Lava Cap Road.
