Nevada County Sheriff’s Office

Wednesday

• A car that was parked at Nevada Union High School at 12:29 p.m. was reported burglarized.



Thursday

• A caller near Highway 49 and Oak Drive reported at 12:48 a.m. someone was standing, naked, on the side of the highway.




• At 8:39 a.m., gas was reported stolen from several vehicles on the 18900 block of Sages Road.

Wednesday

• A caller on the 300 block of Pleasant Street reported at 1:37 a.m. juveniles were setting off fireworks at Condon Park.

• At 1:28 p.m., a caller on the 500 block of Mill Street reported that about four juveniles were rolling tires down a hill and into his back yard. Police could not find the juveniles, and the tires were removed.
