Sunday

– Police reported at 5:33 p.m. that someone at Memorial Park was eating other people’s food and was told to stay out of the park for 24 hours.

– Police reported at 6:12 p.m. that two people were committing indecent exposure on a motorcycle on the 400 block of Colfax Avenue.

Monday

– An 18-year-old Grass Valley man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft and possession of stolen property and then released after disrupting a Memorial Day service at Memorial Park around 10:34 a.m.

He reportedly took a small flag being used in the ceremony and placed it upside-down in his hat, angering participants.
