Grass Valley Police Department

Wednesday

– A caller reported at 3:57 p.m. that a school bus was hit by paint balls as it drove through the intersection of West Main and South School streets.



– Vandalism to a Porsche was reported at 4:43 p.m. at the intersection of Holbrooke Way and West Main Street. A brick had reportedly been thrown through a window.

Wednesday

– A residence on the 12300 block of Lakeshore South was reported burglarized at 2:17 p.m. A rock had reportedly been thrown through a window.

Thursday

– At 12:38 p.m., a caller reported a generator, a compressor and other tools stolen from an unlocked garage on the 15800 block of Gary Way.

Nevada City Police Department

Wednesday

– At 7:03 p.m., a caller reported several juveniles were running through a Nevada Street lot and smashing the windows of four vehicles with baseball bats. The juveniles were last seen running down Broad Street.
