— A Francis Drive man reported an inflated condom in his mailbox at 12:44 p.m. The man said his mail could not be delivered because the inflated condom took up too much space.

— A bartender at the Tack Room in Penn Valley reported a fight in the parking lot at 10:30 p.m. The disturbance involved as many as 45 people the report said. Deputies responded, but the suspects had cleared out. A woman reported her truck was damaged in the incident.




— A North San Juan man, Allen P. Wakefield, 41, was booked into Wayne Brown Correctional Facility at 10 p.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon against a police officer.

Deputies tried to pick up Wakefield on Reservoir Street in North San Juan on a local felony warrant.

Wakefield refused to stop, drove to Tyler Foote Road, then continued on dirt roads. He was arrested on a dirt road that was 2.7 miles from Tyler Foote Road. Wakefield was being held without bail on suspicion of a probation revocation.
