— A woman reported at 9:15 a.m. that her briefcase was stolen from her house on McCarter Way.


— Windows and two side doors were reported smashed at 8:06 a.m. at Sierra Pines United Methodist church on West Hacienda Drive.

— A man reported at 9:08 a.m. that several windows were broken at Bear River High School.


Donald McLeod, 49, was arrested and booked at Wayne Brown Correctional Facility at 10:55 p.m. after he allegedly hit a man with a flashlight on Chalk Bluff Road, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

He was held on $10,000 bail, according to jail records.
