Sheriff’s Office


— A man called at 7:09 a.m. to report that a vehicle in his driveway on Carrie Drive was damaged with a firearm.

— A man reported at 3:08 p.m. that some $10,000 worth of tools were stolen from his residence off Pine Peak Road.

— William G. Robinson, 51, of Penn Valley, was booked at Wayne Brown Correctional Facility at 4:58 p.m. on suspicion of battery and causing willful harm or injury to a child.

— Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital reported at 11:05 p.m. that a man suffered injuries from an assault with a crowbar. The man was unwilling to file a report.


— Garrett B. Wibberly, 20, of Grass Valley, was booked at Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on suspicion of grand theft and of receiving stolen property.

— A man reported at 9:54 a..m. a burglary at his residence on Nevada Street.
