— An assault occurred in front of Williams Ranch School on Pleasant Valley Road, a caller reported at 9:26 a.m.

— A mirror with a suspicious substance on it was left at a home on the 12000 block of Rough and Ready Highway, a caller from the home reported at 9:33 a.m.




— A caller from the 14000 block of Echo Ridge Drive near Ridge Road reported at 11:29 a.m. that someone had stolen his identity and made credit card purchases online in his name

— A juvenile at Silver Springs High School was cited at 12:14 p.m. for marijuana possession.

Wednesday

A caller from the town of Washington reported at 11:24 p.m. that someone was running up and down Washington Road, causing a disturbance.

Thursday

A man was sleeping in the Gold Run School playground on Searls Avenue, a caller reported at 6:27 a.m. An officer responded and the man agreed to leave.

Grass Valley Police Department

Wednesday

— An 18-year-old man was hospitalized after reporting at 2:47 a.m. from the 400 block of Colfax Avenue that he became ill while painting a car. It turned out the man was wanted on misdemeanor warrants, and was booked into Wayne Brown Correctional Facility at 7:02 a.m.

— A U-Haul truck was stolen from Sierra Automotive, 1150 E. Main St., a caller reported at 3:55 p.m.

— A loose pit bull attacked a woman near the 300 block of East Maryland Drive, a caller reported at 7:19 p.m.
