Please tell me what’s happening out there

Would somebody please tell me what’s happening out there? I always thought that, being a good, law-abiding citizen, I could expect to be protected from those who abused the law. Why then is someone who is flagrantly in violation of the law, someone who is on triple probation – aka Scott Krause – allowed complete freedom, including the freedom to kill an innocent person?

I didn’t know Drew Reynolds. If I did, I’m sure I would think as highly of him as do his family and friends. I know for sure that he deserved the right to live, to drive to and from work, alert for danger but free from fear. I’m reasonably certain that his wife and kids deserved to say goodbye to him in the morning fully expecting that he would return to them after work in the evening.

Let’s face it, friends and neighbors, any one of us might have been in Drew’s place. We are in danger. Doesn’t anyone know of a way to keep the bad guys in jail and us good guys free?
