Meow-Meow is a 6-year-old spayed female whose owners had to turn her in because she didn’t get along with the family dog. She has all her shots and is housebroken and easygoing. Meow-Meow is at the Nevada County Animal Shelter, 14647 McCourtney Road, 273-2179, or on the Internet at nccn.net/~fonca. Other animals are available at the Grass Valley Animal Shelter, 477-4630, and through the Pet Adoption League, 273-7958, and AnimalSave, 470-9400. Some of the animals available for adoption this week can be viewed on “For Pet’s Sake” on cable Channel 11 at 8:30 p.m., Mondays and Thursdays, and 8:30 a.m., Tuesdays and Fridays.
