Payback time for Japan

I can tell you why we have federal and trade deficits. We have been too generous and too nice to other countries. It’s nice to be a scout or the perfect Christian, but sometimes you have to think about yourself, too.

December 1941, Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, destroying a lot of businesses, other buildings and human lives. We finished it by dropping an atomic bomb on Japan. We also helped rebuild Japan and also our own country at our expense. Not one penny came from Japan, and they are richer than we are, especially being the birth parents of Sony’s first transistor radio in the 1950s and doing contract work for other countries manufacturing transistor radios, stereos, television sets, etc., and also legalized gambling over there. Japan owes us at least a billion dollars, so let’s bill them. It’s payback time.
