Paint roundabout curbs yellow

Every time I drive by the roundabout on Sierra College Drive, I wonder why the city has not painted the curb yellow. On these dark gray days of winter, it is very hard to see exactly where to drive, since everything there is gray.

You can tell that some people have missed the curb by the tire marks going right over it. I have almost missed it myself and have been meaning to write this letter for a long time. Such a simple thing might prevent accidents from happening.

Can that be done without a major traffic survey? If the city can’t manage it, perhaps a local group like the Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts could take it on as a merit badge project.
