Not part of FONCA

I strongly object to recent comments , implying that I am a pro-FONCA volunteer at the Animal Shelter, and the implication that we are all unable to be fair-minded and therefore not of any value to the Advisory Committee. If critics would like to talk to me and learn what I do as the volunteer coordinator at the shelter, I would be very willing to discuss this with them. There are 40 volunteers at the shelter whom I coordinate. We walk the dogs, play with the cats in the shelter (not the FONCA cats). We clean kennels and help at the front desk. We call rescue organizations to help find homes for the dogs. We volunteer directly to and for the shelter. I report to the shelter staff directly, and in no way are we involved with FONCA issues. If someone has an issue with Teresa Bryerton and FONCA, he needs to discuss this with Teresa.

I am a fair-minded person and believe that is why I was selected to be on the Animal Control Advisory Board.
