No on Property Owner Claims Reimbursement

In reference to the newly perpetrated initiative known as the “Property Owner Claims Reimbursement Process,” I guess we can expect the property righteous to take to the awning chairs outside county stores in attempt to entice the ill-informed into signing their latest pernicious petition. Their present effort is to protect themselves against any possible financial down sides to their noncompliance with present or future county ordinances which might cause them to “suffer” financial loss as the result of asking them to do what they should have been doing in the first place.

Now, before signing that seemingly innocent petition, know what this is going to cost you. The funds to pay for this money grab will come from your taxes. Make no mistake. If this larceny actually does win a vote, it will amount to a full employment for the attorneys of Northern California. Our courts will be working overtime, and you will be paying the costs to keep up with the frivolous and fraudulent claims that you and I will have to pay to allow this nonsense to continue. This is one to use 2020 vision with and definitely say no to!
