NH 2020 might be beneficial

I was reading the insert that came out about NH 2020 in December and was really impressed with the composition of the Community Advisory Council. The process seems straightforward, and it seems that with all those different interests represented, the final outcome will be win-win. Might it be possible that, after all the hoopla, we actually get results from NH 2020 that benefit property owners and the environment?
