Nevada City Planning Commission is so funny

This hilarious, hysterical, Nevada City Planning Commission is at it again. Between the Miners Foundry window (which historically, it didn’t have in the first place) to new houses no taller than 35 feet to the American Hill unattached garages.

Anyone traveling over the old American Hill street is sure to notice how historical the new subdivision is. The prime location is the home of the old city dump and bound to be the highlight of the new homes. How silly can they get?
