Mr. Johnson sued Grass Valley

Mr. Johnson sued Grass Valley and ourselves over the motel/Inn in Grass Valley stating five issues: Intense/Dense, Traffic, Scale for neighborhood, Noise and Lighting, Setbacks. Results as follows: Intense – 70 percent built, 30 percent landscaped. Traffic – study proved no additional impact. Scale – the buildings across street are taller than anything we built. Noise – city mandated requirements. Setbacks – minimum five-foot, allowed in zoning, 0. Mr. Johnson succeeded in changing the design of buildings. When did he become a designer? What happened to the issues? I think his leadership would be detriment to the community.
