Measure D disastrous both ways

Be careful what you wish for! You just might get it!

If, due to government action, a property’s value is somehow reduced and the government has to pay for the loss, then it follows that if a property’s value is somehow increased due to government action, the property owner should pay the government for the gain.

I’m voting no on D because, if it passes, the liberals are sure to bring up just such legislation.
