Lewis-Owen engagement

Amber Lewis of Grass Valley and Christopher Owen of Sacramento have announced their engagement.

The future bride is the daughter of Marsha Lewis of Grass Valley and the late Lynn Lewis. She is a graduate of Sierra College and of the University of California, Davis. She is the caregiver for her grandfather, Albert Beck, of Grass Valley. At the wedding ceremony, Mr. Beck, age 92, will give away his granddaughter in marriage.

The future bridegroom is the son of Catherine Owen of Sacramento and the late William Owen. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and of UCLA’s School of Business. He works for the state of California as an investment officer.

The wedding is in June at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament (recently restored) in Sacramento.
