Trump family hypocrisy

It is clear that members of Trump’s immediate family have failed to provide complete information on their security clearance forms (SF86). This is a violation of Federal Law (Title 18 Section 1001). The penalty is a fine of up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years. Trump has instructed ICE to pick up and deport persons in this county without proper documentation, some of whom have committed no crime at all. Yet he has not even suspended members of his immediate family who may have committed a serious federal crime.

Is this an example of white collar privilege, white privilege, the privilege of power, or all of the above? Or is it just another example of the kind of hypocrisy that is destroying trust in our institutions?
