Thanks to donors of “Socks for Sandy Survivors”

Thanks to all who donated to my Socks for Sandy Survivors, especially B&C Hardware, SPD Markets, Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and Sierra Presbyterian Church for placement of boxes.

Thanks to Ernie’s Van & Storage for shipping boxes, Suburban Propane for underwriting the entire cost of shipping, and the “angels” who donated funds for shipping before Suburban “stepped up.”

With this money, I will buy more socks — toddler and heavy-duty work socks especially.

Special thanks to the students at Chicago Park, Silver Springs High and Ghidotti High for their contributions. Great job, everyone!
