Roger Lewis: BriarPatch to feed 250 volunteers

Kudos to BriarPatch for helping feed the volunteers for the free health care clinic happening Nov. 14-15 at the Grass Valley Veterans Hall.

BriarPatch is providing a hot breakfast on the clinic’s Saturday, for 250 volunteers. They’re also providing fresh fruit, yogurt and fruit juices for snacks, tea, and cream and sugar for coffee, that can be used throughout the event, which includes two days for set-up and one day for tear down. The clinic will be equipped to serve 500 patients a day with free medical, dental, and vision care.

Thank you, BriarPatch, for your generosity.
