Restoration project at Les Eva Field

On behalf of over 1,200 players, fans, and staff of Nevada County Softball Assoc. and WNCRecreation Services, we would like to thank candidate Jerri Glover for coordinating a much needed restoration project at Les Eva Field. Through her efforts we now have all new bleacher boards. Glover possessed the skills needed to accomplish a project like this in less than 60 days from concept to completion. Those skills will serve the city well.

Thank you, also, to the following local merchants and organizations that generously contributed to the project: Nevada County Contractors Assoc., Diamond Pacific, Hills Flat Lumber, Caseywood, Tru-Line Builders, and Sierra Foothills Construction.

We also want to thank all the volunteers and supporters that took time out of their lives to make the lives of others a little better. This community partnership by local businesses and organizations working together with the City of Grass Valley will provide many hours of recreational opportunities and enjoyment for the local residents.
