Renee McGrath: God bless the Good Samaritans

On July 14, I was driving through Nevada City and suddenly experienced the need for medical assistance.

I stopped my car, in a no-park zone, and asked a gentleman for help. He got me to a safe place, called 911 and stayed with me until the ambulance came. Then, he parked my car and delivered the keys to the Emergency Room. Several others also offered help.

To this wonderful man, and the other Good Samaritans, thank you all so much for your kindness. Because of you, the world is a better place. God bless you.
