Playground closed to public?

Who gave Grass Valley Charter School permission to close the public playground? Does it not read “Nevada County Play Field of Dreams?”

Why were we promised it would remain open? The school board says too much drug activity … Really? Way more than last year when my kids went there, huh? Or I guess it’s OK for public school kids to play on a playground with abandoned needles and pipes but not charter.

Sure! Good excuses.
