Patrick Tobin: Arms should be controlled
The Second Amendment does not contain the word “guns.” It says, “arms.”
Nerve gas is an “arm” and is controlled. Napalm is an “arm” and is controlled. An AR-15 rifle is an “arm” but is not controlled.
All guns are “arms” and should be controlled.
