Patricia Andersen: Flat-landers be gone

Aren’t we blessed to have those flat-landers from the Bay Area decide to honor us with their advice? The liberals and progressives will tell us how to run our county. They are picky though. These educated Silicon Valley natives require better internet, Airbnbs and of course legalized marijuana. What? How did that get on the list?

My late husband and I moved to Grass Valley in the late ’90s from the huge city of Houston, Texas. We moved here because we liked Grass Valley the way it was. If the movers and shakers move here, why do they want to change the community? They must not like the crowds, traffic, pollution, homeless urinating and defecating on the streets, the murders, the trash.
