No on S; It’s all about the money

I hope that the people in Lake Wildwood and the rest of Nevada County aren’t fooled by all of the deceptive adds being paid for by the yes on “S” people.

Get real people. It’s all about the money! I have yet to see a grow that has anything to do with medical purposes. I’m sure there are some but they aren’t in my area. What I have seen is people coming in seasonally, renting houses building illegal shacks, open pit toilets, questionable chemicals, garbage everywhere, extension cords on the ground in the weeds and open fuel cans.

They also use thousands of gallons of our ground water which has a lot to do with our wells running dry. On top of all of that we have to put up with the noxious smell for the duration of the grow. Ordinance No. 2349 gives rural people some sort of recourse against these for profit grows. Without it our property values go down and more growers move in. Where are my rights being protected under measure “S”? They aren’t. These people rape the land and water then they pack up and leave until next year.

Vote “No” on Measure “S.”
