Nisenan Heritage Day a success

On Nov. 2 at Sierra College Campus, the Nevada City Rancheria and CHIRP hosted the fourth annual Nisenan Heritage Day,“Rekindling the Spirit.”

Many people were involved in the success of this event, where more than 500 people attended. Thank you to each and every one of you who enjoyed this very special day and to Sierra College and the executive dean and staff who co-sponsored the event and welcomed us. We also most sincerely thank The Union for its continuing support.
