Meet us at the county fair

My name is Gracie Suenram, and I am 13 years old. This is my first year in the Chicago Park 4-H Club.

It is also my first year raising a market animal. I am raising a lamb to take to market and another to show for breeding. My market lamb’s name is Leonard, and my breeding lamb’s name is Lucy. Leonard loves to eat and is very friendly and energetic. Lucy is hyperactive and very cute. I have been working with Leonard and Lucy all summer. I take them on walks; have them jump over hay bales; and practice bracing.

I will be taking Leonard and Lucy to the Nevada County Fair. I hope you can visit us there. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.

Gracie Suenram lives in Chicago Park.
