Lindy Beatie and Lindy Schasiepen: Painted Pin Showcase a success

A perfect game, or should I say a perfect afternoon? The Painted Pin Showcase silent auction was successful in so many ways and on so many levels!

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nevada County hosted friends and artists on Sunday, Jan. 24, with cupcakes and music, beautiful artistic pins for sale and wonderful art work by Jude Bischoff.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended and to our sponsors NC Linen, The Powell House, The Union and of course Prosperity Lanes!

We are so fortunate to have many talented artists in our community who care about children, their contributions to this fundraiser were amazing. To those of you who purchased pins a very big thank you! See you at Bowling for Kids’ Sake on March 5.
