Laurel Kenner: Economic impact of W

I find it shocking that the board of supervisors did not do a financial/economic impact study before deciding to ban outdoor cannabis grows.

The disrespect they have shown to growers and businesses in this county is unconscionable.

When that “quality of life” they purport to be so concerned about starts to fade, and small businesses and restaurants start to close, please remember that it is the destructive handiwork of a board of supervisors that did not fully and fairly investigate the impact of their decision and instead just gulped down the sheriff’s Kool-Aid.

Vote No on W if you are truly concerned about quality of life in Nevada County.
