Kudos: Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital

Just a short note to thank you and your staff for an unforgettable ten plus years of volunteering in the ER department at SNMH. Those years were among the most pleasant of my life, and I have many mixed feelings about retiring.

The friendliness and devotion of staff members (far too many to list) in all departments and especially in ER, reflect the way the entire hospital respects each employee and each patient. I have been stopped on many occasions by patients who had been in the ER and told of their appreciation for the comfort and care given to them and to the sick children who received “Peanuts” blankets made by wonderful volunteers.

I have seen courage, strength, and caring throughout the hospital.
