Joan Nightingale: Thanks PG&E? What gives?

I live in Sierra Pines Mobile Home Park in Grass Valley, and would like to “thank” PG&E for myself and the other residents here for making us be without power for five days.

They gave us no credit, as others did get who never lost their power in the area. What gives?
