I feel lucky

I feel very lucky to be one of the teachers chosen at random to receive this year’s teacher grant from the CalRTA.

I have been teaching special education for 21 years and am rewarded every day by the wonderful students and exceptional teachers who touch my life. I feel I am very blessed to be able to work every day with children who make the world a richer place.

Thank you for being so generous in honoring teachers.
