Home school your kids; vote ‘No’ on S

I was invited to attend the Nevada County Board of Education meeting on Oct. 8. I walked out in 10 minutes because it became evident that the school as an institution in Nevada County is a dead end.

The only hope for the children and families living here to be trained to form a good, caring, responsible, strong and spiritual society is for parents to take care of their own and homeschool their children.

Also, the only way a child in this county will grow up breathing fresh air is to vote “No” on Measure S, because I have not met one illegal recreational marijuana smoker who has respected my right to fresh air, let alone a child’s. Tourists are leaving the stench of Nevada County already! It will be worse if “S” passes, because it will encourage more illegal marijuana smoking.

So, homeschool your children and vote “No” on S.
