Ebola czar?

Appoint an Ebola czar? We already have one! I wonder if our president knows his own organization — or, whether he understands executive accountability!

We have Cabinet Secretary of Health and Human Services, Sylvia Mathews Burwell. Reporting to her, we have Director of Disease Control and Prevention, Thomas Frieden. Either they are not doing their job, and should be held accountable; or, they are doing their job and need additional support. Either way, a presidential czar appointment will only enlarge our government and create internal jealousies and conflict requiring the addition of yet another watchdog!

In a most countries, someone is held accountable. We used to do that. We need to do that, and not keep growing an unaccountable bureaucracy!
