Disappointed in Civil Grand Jury report

In the recent Civil Grand Jury report relative to the Mystic Mine Road Community Services District (MMRD), I was extremely disappointed that the grand jury failed to address the specific complaint as was submitted to them on Aug. 2, 2012. That complaint specifically was “should part of Pierite Road’s maintenance be maintained by MMRD?” Resolution No. 81423, dated December 1981, certainly would lead one to conclude the affirmative.
