Dave Wilzbach: Richer than we think

While fueling my thirsty car at the gas station, a rather unkempt man approached me and asked if I could give him some money because it seems, he also was thirsty.

Another man was fueling his shiny new car and then it seemed a good time to ask the thirsty man if he owed anybody any money. With his strong voice he said, “Owe money, me, no I don’t owe anybody anything.”

I mentioned to him that he is probably the richest person in this gas station as most people owe for many things, taxes, insurance, mortgages and needless to say, gasoline. He seemed to walk away with a big smile.
