Consider adopting a black cat

I understand from Sammie’s Friends that they have a surplus of black kitties and I would like to encourage anyone who wants a kitty to consider the black ones.

They seem to have an unfortunate reputation of being bad luck – not! I adopted Dahlia last year and she is the sweetest, friendliest and most respectful cat ever. She started purring when I first picked her up and has not stopped since. Being drop dead gorgeous with her glossy black coat and classic looks doesn’t hurt either. My neighbor adopted another black cat the same time I did – same story – great cat. You won’t be sorry.
