‘Avenue Q’ a hoot

Sierra Stages production of ‘Avenue Q’ was extraordinary in every way, and that’s an understatement!

The set design was clever and always surprising. The score and its presentation were beautiful. The mastery of the puppetry by the actors took you to another place. We loved the contemporary nature of “Avenue Q” and laughed along as the characters wrestled with familiar, age-old dilemmas in a no holds barred style. The language was appropriate for a contemporary play and was dished out in a way that enhanced but didn’t distract the audience. What a hoot! Don’t miss it.
