A Generous community

To all who came out and to shop on Dec. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. at B&C and to all who have bought an ornament from our Troop Tree here at B&C, thank you, thanks very much.

This community is the best, because of all of you the amount made that night from 20 percent of our sales was $1,700, plus the bake sale and mistletoe and troop tree ornaments was another $537.62. We are blessed to live in such a generous community.

The Troop Trees will be up until the end of December. If you have not purchased a ornament made by Boy Scout Troop 21, you can still do so for any amount from here (B&C) or Hills Flat Lumber.

Thank you once again. All donations goes to Friends of the Nevada County Military, and if you want to find out more about what they do or you want to help pack boxes for our troops once a month, look them up online at fncm.org,

Thank you to all, the owners at B&C and to Rick Briggs for all his work and all the employees who helped and to Friends of the Nevada County Military for such a giving organization.

God bless our troops and God bless America.
