“Around the World in 80 Days” will be performed by The Foothill Theatre Company at the Nevada Theatre in Nevada City. Performances are 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. Sundays through April 17. Tickets $23 Friday and Saturday, $19 Sundays.



Empire Mine State Historic Park tours take place daily. Bourn Cottage tour 1 p.m., mine yard tour 2 p.m. Park admission is $3 for 17 and older, $1-for children 6 to 16 years; children are free. Guided tours are $1.50 per tour for adults. Park hours are 10 a.m. -5 p.m. Weather permitting. 273-8522.
